Progams
Faculty at CITeR’s WVU site has developed a set of innovative programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels for students interested in pursuing a degree, certificate or emphasis in biometrics. Each of these programs dovetail with the Center’s research through student senior design and research projects.
Student Professional Development and Society Chapters
WVU is the founding site of the Student Society for the Advancement of Biometrics (SSAB), a student organization focused on professional development in biometrics and identification technology. The IEEE and its Student Chapters provides broad-based professional development for students in the fields which span biometrics.
